The course aims to link and improve the knowledge and skills acquired during bachelor academic studies, both at the level of research and generalisation, as well as at the level of design and realisation. The specific assignments serve as a program basis for developing the ability to apply the principles of sustainability, energy and climate, and gather information and contemporary principles of construction regarding the correlation of technology and architecture, taking into account the urban issues of the chosen location. The seminars that accompany design studios provide a wide range of specific tools that can be used throughout the design process to assess, measure and verify different design features, while the workshops deal mainly with communicating different stages of the design process and final design to various participants and stakeholders. The design studio deals with a range of scales in architectural design. This approach enables the formation of a clear line of continuity from architectural concept to the technological aspects that provide materialisation that maintains the initial ideas and builds new qualities along the way.
