The theme of the work is the perception of structures and objects through a change in scale and was studied with the help of the concept of fractality and fractal structures. Namely, the initial thematic research is based on the understanding of chaotic structures as systems that are actually based on certain hierarchical relationships. Therefore, the entire project deals with the formal research of spatial and perceptual hierarchies, which through their multiplication, studied at multiple scales, form architectural structures. In this case, the multiplication of residential units (fractal units) builds a dystopian residential complex that criticizes and confirms the trend of designing residential buildings in Donji Dorćol. The projected structure is viewed through multiple scales and shows fractal properties confirmed by the constant change of perceptual values and different levels of structurality.
