IDEAL CONCEPTS: CITY SATELLITES
The general goal of the course is to explore the phenomenon of contemporary architecture and apply the scope of research to a specific architectural program and project through work on a Master’s Thesis that deals with the topic of the architectural concept. The Master’s Project implies work at the highest and most complex stage of Master’s study level, which includes a clearly identifiable research component: research through defining basic research issues through the project, research and development of design methods consistent with the thesis as analytical and generic studies in space with a transparent evaluation of the concept. The Master’s final project means working at the highest and most complex level of Master’s studies – a synthetic and design achievement at the highest study level expressed through graphical and spatial representations of an architectural and urbanistic conceptual design with the elements of a conceptual design project.
