CITY PRODUCTION: Post-industrial phase of Dunavska Street
The goal of the assignment is for the candidate to independently consider and explore the possibilities of morphological and programmatic transformation of this phase of the Danube coast in Belgrade, formulate the subject matter using questions that they consider relevant to the assignment, and then translate this research process into a modern and coherent architectural-urbanist project. The final Master’s Thesis completes the synthetic Master’s Studio Project in which the student, in an independent final paper, shows the degree of mastered knowledge and skills from the Master’s study program in response to a previously set thesis. It consists of publicly exhibited graphical attachments, a model of the final project, and a Master’s Notebook including three precise units: the thesis, the research through the project with analytical and generic studies and an explanation of the synthetic concept, and the final project involving a graphical and spatial representation of the architectural-urbanist conceptual design with elements of the preliminary design project.
